Blank user email fields in moodle

Hi

I have a problem with Joomdle!

When a user registers in Joomla, the user in the moodle is created with an empty email field , while the user in Joomla has completed the email field.

Once the site administrator edits and saves the user in Joomla backend, the email field is also transferred to the moodle.

System health check has no errors

User registration is done through Joomla

Please help me!

Are you using normal Joomla registration?
If you create a user in the backend directly, does the user data get transferred to Moodle?

Yes I use Joomla normal registration

There is also same problem when creating a user from the joomla backend directly and the email field in the moodle is empty

When you first create a user, are first and last name passed to Moodle? Or are they blank like the email?

Wow, that is weird: in all these years, I never saw something like that happening....
Maybe there some conflict with some other extension? I recommend you to set up a clean Joomla/Moodle installation, with no additional plugins but Joomdle, and test there to see if you have the same issue.

I have no problem with my other sites that use joomdle!
I have this problem on one of my sites
I did not have a problem with this site until 2 months ago
I have not installed a new extension on this site in the last two months!

Well, something must have changed if it was working before... As I have never seen that happening, I cannot really give you any ideas on where to look.
I would need to debug on the site directly....
