I would like to change the enrollment icon $?

How and where do i make changes?
  1. where is the icon located
  2. is there any css that needs changing

Sorry, I am still not sure where you want to change it. Can you post a screenshot?
I would say that maybe you need to change the currency in the enrol method instance in Moodle where you set the cost for the course.
