'Auto create Moodle users' option missing was created by Pete Stevens
Hi
I'm running Joomdle 2.2.3 on Joomla 3.9.19 and Moodle 4.1.2.
The integration works one way (new users created on Moodle are created on Joomla) but not the other way around. I checked the documentation and it says "you need to enable "Auto create Moodle users" im Joomdle configuration in Joomla". When I go to that option, there is no dropdown or checkbox to enable it (or to enable to option below it to auto delete)? Please see screenshot attached. Is this a bug or is there another setting to enable this?

Hi.

Joomla 3.9.19 is very old, you'll need to updated to 3.10.x to fix that issue.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, it's one of our legacy platforms which has lost of customisations so we haven't upgraded the Joomla version.
OK, I'll chat with my colleague and see what we can do.
