Where do you get the Moodle plugin for enrol_joomdle?

I have been searching through Joomdle and Moodle.org. Where do I find the enrol_joomdle plugin for Moodle? I recently migrated my database over and no longer have access to the previous server and it did not copy this plugin. Any help would be amazing! Thank you.
