How do I fix this COM_JOOMDLE_JOOMDLE_WEB_SERVICES ?

I must admit that I am a newbie when it comes to Joomdle, Joomla, and Moodle. I inheirted these systems from another person who was using them after he passed away. I have spent 2 months trying to flesh out the issues that were caused from the neglect of maintaining the systems and now I am at the final stretch with getting Joomdle behaving with both Joomla and Moodle.

When I go to System Check, I found that the COM_JOOMDLE_JOOMDLE_WEB_SERVICES has a X and shows the error "COM_JOOMDLE_JOOMDLE_VERSION_MISMATCH". (I attached a screenshot).

How do I fix this? I do not believe the Joomdle is communicating properly between Joomla and Moodle because of this.

Sorry to hear that.

As for your issues:
- The error is caused by having a different Joomdle version installed in Joomla and Moodle, although most things should work fine.
- The language strings are not showing fine, as it does not show the translations

I would recommend installing the latest Joomdle version in Joomla and Moodle and go from there.
