how do I know what the right IP is?

my Joomla website is here:
newthoughtlearning.org/joomla1.5/
my Moodle website is here:
newthoughtlearning.org/moodle1.9/

on the system check for Joomdle I still get a red X.
"Joomdle Web Services
You need to add your site IP to Moodle XML-RPC trusted hosts list"
how do I know what the right IP is to Add to the trusted hosts list?

thank you for the information. However, when I try this IP and tried to access system check page all I get is an error " XML-RPC Error (7021): The transport method you are trying to use is not permitted."
what does this means? how can I fix it?
what connection method should I use both for Joomla and Moodle?

use Curl both in moodle and joola or get file in both case
