upgrade XIPT and XiUS to latest version

Hi , i am new in joomla ,
i dont know which is right way upgrade component XIPT and XiUS
for joomla 2.5 and lower version.
can anybody suggest right way to upgrade .

I am not really sure what your question is. You do not mention upgrading from what to j2.5 or XIPT? Also, are you using Joomdle? What versions, etc.
