User hooks breaks some pages at random times [Solved]

Hello,

I have a website that is integrated Moodle + Joomla (Joomdle) and Jomsocial. In recent days, at random times, the Jomsocial homepage(only this page) does not load some files and the DashBoard (main component) returns "XML-RPC Error (404)". After I disable and enable the plugin "User hooks - Joomdle" the site back to normal. I am attaching as is page after the error.

After enabling the debug in Moodle, I tried to log into Joomla and received the following error "session_regenerate_id(): Cannot regenerate session id - headers already sent in ".../moodle/lib/classes/session/manager.php on line 462" (attached). Can this be the cause?

When I right in Moodle with debug at minimum, I get an error in dropdown user (attached). This is connected too? Or is it because of Moodle uses authentication Joomdle?

Joomla version 3.3.3 (System Check status are all ok)
Moodle version 2.7.1+
