Hello,

I have restored a (Akeeba) backup from a live site using Joomla 3.3.1, Joomdle 0.95 and Moodle 2.7 to a local MAMP running with PHP 5.4.10. I have installed xmlrpc.so additionally.

My problem is that in Joomdle system health check it says " Received empty response from Moodle " for Joomdle web services.

I have read www.joomdle.com/wiki/System_health_check and checked every point (that was available in Moodle 2.7)

Under moodle admin>server>environment there is a message for mysql "version 5.5.31 is required and you are running 5.5.29" (see screenshot attached).

What could cause this problem?

Regards,
Andreas

Well, if the system check is saying your server does not support this moodle version, maybe that is causing the problem with joomdle too.

That said, some people have talked in this forum about setting up Joomdle on MAMP, but I am not sure if anyone got to make it work.
