In order to test if the problem occured because of the different subdomains, I moved my Moodle directory in a subdirectory of Joomla.
Now I have:
After changing the Joomla/Joodle "Moodle URL" parameter and some values in the config.php of Moodle everything was working like before. But, bad luck for me, EXACTLY like before. I still do not have links in my course :dry:
The "funiest" thing is that I can connect to Joomla website with my student account and then type the URL of the Moodle website and see that I am connected too. So, the authentication is correctly shared and I don't see why I can't enter in the course content from Joomla.
