No, currently it is not possible.
This is because you need to set a cost in Moodle, so that it can be passed to Hikashop.
In Moodle, you first create course, and then add enrol method with price.
We can react when a course is created, because Moodle fires an event, but last time I checked there are no events fired when adding an enrolment method.
