Shop Intergration-Store Category

Have set the shop intergration for Hikashop and the category ID in Joomdle to match the Hikashop category.
Also there are sub-categories under this higher-level-category within Hikashop, course ID's match Joomdle/Moodle ID's.

Hikashop sub-category ID is diff from Higher-Level-Category setup in Joomdle

We are getting reports of people not being able to log into Moodle for some of the courses.

1) Will this setup (sub-category under higher-level-cat)work for all our courses?

2) Can more than one Shop category be setup in Joomdle. I.e. adding a comma after each Joomdle course category (like sending to multi-email addresses)

No, it is only possible to specify one shop category in the Joomdle configuration.

You however will be able to define your shop item (course) under multiple shop categories and unpublish the linked one in Joomdle thus satisfying the Joomdle need and your desired presentation need.
