CB and Hikashop names not populating

I have Hikashop and Community Builder. My registration has to start with Hikashop. I tried it other ways but it doesn't really work.
There is an issue where the hikashop firstname and lastname do not populate into CB firstname and lastname.
I tried Hikashop support. They said it should work. This is the conversation.

Basically they are saying

There is a plugin on your website implementing the trigger onBeforeAddressCreate and disabling the saving of the address data.

And they are pointing to Joomdle.
I can't disable joomdle, but I need a resolution to this.

I don't think Joomdle implemets onBeforeAddressCreate (at least, I cannot remember that).

There is an easy way to check if Joomdle is responsible for the wrong behaviour: disable joomdlehooks plugin and test. If it still does not work, it is not joomdle's fault.

Tried that, didn't work.
