Joomla to Moodle HTTP connectivity was created by Sioto Fine
I am having this problem Joomla to Moodle HTTP connectivity and Moodle to Joomla HTTP connectivity. Can someone please help me

What is the status of the last check (Joomdle Web Services)? If that is green then you should be able to try connecting. If it is Red, then solving this may solve the other two as well. You can review the various issues and solutions here www.joomdle.com/wiki/System_health_check

Joomla to Moodle HTTP connectivity is now FIXED but Moodle to Joomla HTTP connectivity is still RED not FIXED

As per above, you can ignore the http connectivity first and resolve the last issue first. While the link above for Health Check does not have an example with a 404 error, 404 means cannot find the webpage and thus I suspect that the URL maybe not be entered correctly. Alternatively, something is blocking access.

What are the URLs you have entered in Moodle and Joomla ?

Also, note that your Joomla and Moodle websites are on different domains (www and no www). I assume that is not intentional and thus you should redirect non www to www in your httaccess and also use www.fiemoui.to in your Joomdle in Moodle configuration and www.fiemoui.to/moodle in your Joomdle in Joomla configuration.
