Cannot add users in Moodle was created by Arasp
Hello my friends,
After some years I am back here to work with joomdle again.
I am curenntly using the latest version of moodle at this time which is 3.2 and latest version of joomla which is 3.6.5
I removed previous version of joomdle that I had since 2009 and I uploaded the new one from your website.
I did everything , the system check gives me the error on Joomdle Webservice and it shows me this error message:
Invalid auth token set in Joomdle in Moodle: 7ccc2d6e2ffd27d1f4ce7fd1f5770cf2
I checked everything again and again, And everything apears to be fine, all of the 7500 member of the database can log into Moodle (but they are not logged in, they have to log in moodle manually)
But the system, cannot add new members in joomla to moodle, It cannot automatically create moodle accounts. Even manually I cannot sync the members.
Any solution?

Hi Arasp.
You need to set the other token, the one that appears as "Joomla auth token" in Joomdle config in Joomla.

Problem is not with that token, it's the other one: the one genereated in Joomla that you must enter in Moodle.

Problem solved.
I wonder why I did not understand this myself ! lol
I have one more question. Since the Moodle registration is very clean can we use moodle registeration and use them in joomla?
In other words, can we direct joomla registration to moodle and then we also have all of them in joomla as well. For CRM and other joomla benefits?
Thank you,

Great. Sometimes we just get stuck
Yes, if you enable user sync in Joomdle config in Moodle, users created in Moodle with Joomdle auth method will be synced to Joomla.
For that you also need to use Joomdle as the method for self-registration, and select Joomdle as auth method when creating users manually from Moodle.

Hi again Antonio
I followed what you said to have moodle registeration as the based registeration system.
The issue I have is
1- The Register As New Member is disappeared.
2- But when I try to sign up via /login/signup.php URL, I get this error:
Exception - Call to a member function set_url() on null
Do you have any idea?
Thanks,

Those seem Moodle problems, not related to Joomdle. Did you enable self-registration?
