Hello,
The Joomdle classmate module is not working for me.
It ruins my page setup. See pic.

QUESTION
1. What do I need to do to have this module work correctly.

Hi.

Did you place this module in a Joomdle wrapper or course view? It nees to be placed in those for it to work.

Maybe if you enable error reporting in Joomla you can get more information. Isn't there any error shown?

Your documentation does not say anything about wrapping the module.

RE: Joomdle wrapper or course view? -- Where would I find the joomdle wrapper?

How should this be achieved?
I am using easysocial. The module position is es-sidebar -- as the other modules worked in this position -- see images.
